Supplier Evaluation Method

Every 6 months, suppliers considered relevant and impactful to Constálica's activity are evaluated.

The evaluation of material suppliers will be based on the following assessment:

·         Quality of service / Quality and rigor / Quality and proper functioning of equipment;

·         Compliance with agreed deadlines;

·         Competence and technical ability;

·         Ability and willingness to solve problems;

·         Compliance with product/service specifications;

·         Prompt delivery of products/documents;
